We produce two types of towels, pure cotton towels and ultra-fine fiber towels. Our factory offers three printing methods: screen printing, digital printing, and heat transfer printing. We select the printing method based on the customer's custom requirements. Our factory has the most advanced screen printing production line, suitable for mass printing of designs with up to 15 colors, with full colors. High-speed digital printing machines have no color restrictions for printed towels. Heat transfer printing is very suitable for ultra-fine fiber towels and has no color restrictions.

If you need small batch custom printed towels, we recommend digital printing for pure cotton towels. We have designed pure cotton towel fabrics that are most suitable for digital printing for small batch orders, with sizes of 27X54 inches and 30X60 inches, and weights of 350 GSM and 400 GSM. We have a large inventory of towel fabrics to meet all your needs for printed towel production time. For small batch custom ultra-fine fiber towels, we recommend heat transfer printing. We have 250GSM ultra-fine fiber fabrics ready in our warehouse for printing production at any time. We can speed up the production time for flexible order processing, saving you time throughout the entire order process.
Our screen printing machine can print towels up to 170CM wide, meeting the size requirements for large circular towels and irregular towels. Our environmentally friendly reactive dyes meet OEKO environmental testing standards and are azo-free, and are available for sample testing for each customer.
Our high-speed jet looms and jacquard looms meet the needs of customers who require color weaving and jacquard designs for towels. Our towel products undergo strict color fastness tests, with dry and wet rubbing fastness reaching levels 4-5 and 3-4 respectively, which means they are not prone to fading or discoloration. Our towel products have also undergone multiple machine washing tests, and the color fastness for deep colors is also very good, with no color fading or discoloration. We use high-quality dyeing techniques and materials to ensure that our towel products are vibrant in color and long-lasting. To solve the problem of towel shedding caused by color weaving and jacquard designs, we use high-quality pure cotton yarns, and our production process and equipment are very advanced, effectively reducing towel shedding.
