How to custom towel sample?

1：Creating Towel Designs
A: If you need to customize your own towel, you must first provide us with your pattern design draft. We accept various file formats, but the best formats for printing are vector graphics files such as EPS, AI, PDF, and SVG. These formats are ideal for printing because they can be scaled without losing quality.
B: Of course, you can also provide high-resolution, large-size images such as JPG, PNG, TIFF, and PSD. The higher the resolution and the larger the image size, the better the readability of the file. When converting to vector graphics, even the smallest details will not be overlooked.
C: If you only have a logo and want to print it on the towel along with some other content, but do not have specific logo dimensions or color codes, please contact v9 team directly. Our professional designers will communicate with you and complete the design according to your wishes, creating a towel mockup for your confirmation.

2：Confirming Detailed Information about the Towel Design
Once the artwork is completed, it will be sent to you for confirmation. Next, we will confirm every detail of the towel sample with you, including:
Size: This is the most important detail. We need you to provide the most accurate dimensions.
Color: If you have your own color codes, that is best. If you are unsure of the exact color, you can choose from the Pantone colors, or accept our recommendations.
Material: You need to choose the material you require, either microfiber or pure cotton, as different materials have different costs and qualities.

3:   Confirming the Wash Care Label
Each towel needs a sewn-in wash care label. If you have your own wash care label content, that is best. If not, we can recommend and produce one for you, then sew it onto the towel sample and send it to you for confirmation.

4:   Producing Samples
After confirming all details, we will start producing the samples. Sample production takes 5-15 days, depending on whether it is a custom towel or from our existing stock:
A: For towels with existing sizes, sample production time is around 5 days.
B: For custom-sized towels, sample production time is around 15 days.

5:    Sending Samples
Once the samples are completed, we will take photos for your review. After you confirm that the samples are satisfactory, we will send the samples via courier. This usually takes about 7-10 days.
