After high-temperature fixation, washing, sterilization, and drying, workers will cut away the white portions, leaving only the coffin shape. Reactive Printed Shaped Beach Towels

V9 produces beach towels in various shapes and also accepts custom orders for small quantities of uniquely shaped beach towels to meet different customer needs.
This beer mug-shaped beach towel is made from 400 GSM pure cotton. The customer requirements are as follows:
1、Environmentally friendly reactive dyes must be used for printing, ensuring bright and rich colors. The colors in bulk production must deviate by no more than one Pantone color from the sample towel.
2、The dimensions of the bulk-produced towels must not be smaller than those of the sample towel.
3、Bulk-produced towels must not have any loose threads.
4、The towels must be clean and tidy when packaged, and no towels with loose threads should be bagged.
5、When packaging, the side of the towel with printed letters should be displayed on the front of the bag.

Do you think these five requirements are a bit strict? In fact, these are V9's standard quality requirements in the towel production process.
First of all, our printing dyes are all environmentally friendly and safe. V9 can sample bulk-produced towels and send them to SGS testing institutions for verification, providing a report on the color composition of the towels. Of course, V9’s products have never disappointed our clients.
We have two cutting methods for producing uniquely shaped towels: one is fully automated laser cutting, suitable for round or small-sized towels, and the other is manual cutting, suitable for large-sized unique towels. Our design team will place cutting lines at the edges of the uniquely shaped towels. These cutting lines will be printed directly onto the towels, and workers will cut along these lines.
Every towel in our factory undergoes three quality inspection processes, making it rare to find loose threads on the towels. We will design folding methods for every customer with packaging needs and provide multiple folding options for them to choose from.
